Structure of Dust Collection Air Filter Cartridge

The dust filter cartridge mainly consists of the following parts:
Filter material:
The filter cartridge is a star-shaped filter cartridge made of a certain length of stiff filter material folded into pleats and glued together from head to tail. The filter cartridge has large gaps between pleats and large angles, which is suitable for filtering high-concentration dust; while the filter cartridge with large diameter, short length, many and deep pleats is suitable for filtering low-concentration dust.
Structure:
The filter cartridge consists of four parts: top cover, metal frame, pleated filter material and base. The inside and outside are supported by metal frames, and the top and bottom are fixed with top cover and base. The structure is stable and can ensure the filtering of the filter cartridge.
Installation method:
There are many ways to install the filter cartridge, including vertical and oblique insertion. Vertical installation is conducive to the adsorption and cleaning of dust. The filter material shakes less during cleaning, which can extend the service life of the filter cartridge; oblique insertion installation is easy to disassemble and install, and the shaking is small during cleaning, which also increases the service life of the filter element.
Working principle:
When the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, it first undergoes preliminary treatment such as settling large particles of dust. Then, the dust-laden gas continues to flow upward and enters the dust filter chamber. In the dust filter chamber, multiple filter cartridges filter the dust-laden gas, and the dust is blocked and deposited on the outer surface of the filter cartridge. The purified gas passes through the filter cartridge and enters the clean air chamber of the upper box body, and is discharged from the dust collector through the exhaust pipe under the suction action of the fan. As the filtration proceeds, the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge gradually increases, and the filtration resistance also increases accordingly. When the resistance reaches a certain specified value, the dust cleaning device starts to work, usually by pulse spraying to remove the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge.
