Advantages

High filtration efficiency: the fine dust of 0.1μm and above can reach more than 95% filtration efficiency, which can achieve nearly zero emission.

Application

The glass fiber sintered filter element has a wide range of uses, mainly used in the filtration of automobile engines, natural gas, coal gas and other gases, and the filtration of compressed gases such as CNG LPG and LNG. It is used in industries such as automobiles, electronic components, pneumatic components, chemicals, and testing instruments.

After the glass fiber sintered filter element is processed, the gas residual oil content is 0.01mg/m3, and the efficiency is 99.99999%. In recent years, due to the increasingly serious environmental problems, a large number of testing equipment have emerged. The most commonly used filter element for testing instruments is the glass fiber sintered filter element because of its simple structure, high temperature resistance, high precision, easy replacement and installation, and low cost.
